| So the bodybuilders sleep as much as they can to build muscle and thus metabolism. I only started working out two months ago and the experienced results are somewhat subjective, which is ok since im interested in the long term effect. Still though my main goal is to raise my vitality. I also have quite a low metabolism naturally so getting control over sleep is a biggy for me. Anyway I would like to hear some inspiration from people who have juggled between raising metabolism/muscle growth and not sleeping more than needed. I shure as hell get a little envious when I hear about the people who "just do it" sleep a couple of hours and achieve hordes of things ( right, Skanda cheers |

Also, as far as sleep is concerned... every one has a different sleep need... however even if you need 8 to 9 hours of sleep... you can still achieve "hordes of things" ...all you have to do is plan more and work smarter... how do you do that...??? don't ask me... you find out and tell me about it... . |

| Sleep is incredibly important to long term health. Most people who sleep a few few hours and get "a lot done" are heading for some sort of crash, trust me. I see it in my practice all the time. Your body will never sleep more than it needs to. If you find you sleep longer than you want to, it's your body trying to repair itself, so let it happen. I wrote this article (please pardon the self promotion): Are you getting enough sleep? - Stronger Leaner Better Personal Programs™ Check it out. Glenn Hyman, DC |

It just seems like those with a sleep debt are to busy to die as early as those who get their 8 hours of sleep.
