Got bored and tried of diets and exercises! I am an over weighted person who really focus on weight loss. After trying all possible diets from vegetarian diet to non – veg, protein to carbs, primal to fruits diet and from doing cardio exercise like walking and jogging, I reduced to a weight which is good but my body shape is not good and the small belly is not at all reducing. I want a good body shape as others but all my diet and exercises are not not enough so I am planning to try some alternative method like weight loss supplement. One of the product which is in my mind is Absonutrix Hoodia Xtreme green tea 60 day diet patches, as my friend used this product for the same reason and she is looking good now. As this product is made up of natural ingredient I don’t have to worry about side effects. However before using it, I would be glad if I get some suggestions and advices from you people. Has anyone used this product? Or anyone heard about this product before? |

Your problem may be that you are lacking sufficient lean muscle mass. Have you tried an intensive weight training program? That will help to increase your metabolism which should reduce the fat around your mid section. I use a combination of strength training methods and high intensity interval training with my clients. Always works without fail. |

I would say that you also need to approach your plan with patience. It takes a while for the body to change shape. Usually, the weight drops first, then you build tone and definition depending on the exercises of choice. Maybe, it sounds like you've hit a plateau. What exactly are you doing now? What's your exercise plan and what is your diet plan right now? I'm asking because by answering these questions, we might be able to provide insight that can help you break through that barrier. |

I combined 2 things: dropping gluten and finding the root cause of keeping on the weight. I dropped gluten with a word from the doctor because my main reason for over eating is because I eat mostly what people feed me, and having a gluten 'allergy', from the doctor is the best way to get people to only feed me good stuff!! Unfortunately, that by itself doesn't get rid of my weight. All my life my mom was like "you're fat cause of something that happened when you were 3, you're fat because of something that happened when you were 3!". I finally sat down and was like "when did I actually get fat? Oh, when I was 10 and visited grandparents who ate 'wrong' (candy, soda, etc). I dropped the connection with soda and dropped 20 pounds. Then I plateaued and checked a bunch more things from when I was 10 and dropped another 10 pounds. |
