My Food Journal

I want to eat somewhat better, so I will try to post all the foods I consume here. Somewhat like a journal.

Sounds good! What are your goals? Do you want to eat more, or healthier? And want did you eat before this trial?

My diet varied. My goal is to become more raw-foodist based, but for now I just have to slowly transistion. A overnight change isn't likely.

PS. - I'll try to be as honest as possible..(I'll do my best to remember what I ate.)

EDIT: Okay, I honestly realized that this idea has to be biased be me somewhat. If I don't post here for days, someone is gonna say "Why aren't you eating anything?" or "How honest are you really?" Well, I will just post here when I find the time or feel like it.

-I'm thinking that it's better for me to be honest about what I eat then lie. Plus, now I'm somewhat held accountable, so hopefully, that will be a strong motivator.

Just post whenever you feel like it. Like when you feel changes, or change something in your diet. You could also do a weekly update, or once every 3 days.

Someone people will indeed ask those questions when you haven't posted for 1 or 2 days, but just ignore them ;) Some people just like very strict schedules and journals (or statistics posts), and other prefer a much more loose approach.

-I'm thinking of going more raw, but for convience reasons, etc, it's gonna probably have to wait until after Xmas (Maybe New Years).

-I just had some choco Rice Dream ice cream, some windmill cookies, some salted vinegar kettle chips, 2 bannanas and some cooked , salted cashews, just now.

Wow just form a few entries your eating sound like me and if you don't journal as you eat you want remember what you eat. I don't want to talk about eating disorder which I have.

The one thing I know is true for me is that I don't eat regularly and it set me up to benign eating. Start small and build it dose not work if you try to change everything all at once. I have been told to set a time and eat every 4 hours but I have not.

You should get a piece of paper and write this down, if you need to. This forum is closing down soon.

cheesedip1 12-23-2011 07:21 PM

Yeah, since the forum is shutting down, I dont see a point to writing down what im eating, except in my free time and maybe on my Myspace blog.
