Add muscle from weightlifting and eat 5-6 small meals daily.
Add daily cardio and clean up your diet.
If your calories get low make sure to have 1 day each week where you carb-up and eat more calories. It doesn't mean have a full out cheat day but rather eat lots of good calories.
Long periods of low calories, even if you do everything else correctly, can still slow your metabolism.

Yes! And if you're a woman afraid of bulking up from weight lifting don't be. You will not add much muscle but will get toned and leaner quicker by eating lean proteins and dome some resistance (machines or weights).

Hi, if you are completely out of shape then start with just walking. Walk every day and each day try to walk further. Then try to walk faster. Then alternate a little bit light jogging and walking. Then when comfortable do just light jogging. Keep on increasing intensity.
Just each next day always try to do a bit more.
