Default Fruit / Vegetables you recommend for daily consume

Since I tend to rarely eat fruit or vegetables (perhaps 2-3 times a month)
I'd like to ask you to help me out a little bit

Which fruits and vegetables do give most benefit if I eat them daily ?

I want to start with 1x Fruit and 1x vegetable per Day first and try to increase the amount gradually.

I know it sounds a little bit weird, but am looking forward for your help !

Then target your different colours. You can google what nutrition you will get from each colour...red, yellow, green....and try to make them organic where possible.

Apples, spinach, greens, bananas, avocados, citrus can all be good.

Personally, I eat organic produce and try to stick with local fruits and vegetables as often as possible. Consider researching which fruits and vegetables are commonly grown in your area.

All fruits and vegetable are good for health. you have taken a good decision. So i recommend you to take apple or banana in fruits, as they are very delicious you will surely like them. And in vegetables, go for some green vegetables.

Spinach, oranges, kiwis and bananas are my favorites that I often go to. Sometimes I will just blend it all together with some water or juice.

I would also look into getting on a fruit/veggie whole food supplement...these are supplements that are processed in a way that leaves all the good stuff intact and the not so good stuff is removed...

The reason that I suggest to do this, is because as this type of supplement starts to work with your body, it can and will change your food cravings, and you can find yourself liking a wider variety of fruits and veggies...

When my hubby and I got together he would NOT eat green veggies - except for lettuce...after putting him on Fruit/Veggie whole food supplement, he started liking things like Broccoli, asparagus, sugar snap peas...

Now he loves peppers, rainbow chard, artichokes...will eat almost any veggie I put in front of him...
