Have you checked with the doctor? Thinness can be attributed to some problem with your thyroid gland. There is also this website called GainWeightFast that gives the most comprehensive and free info on getting mass for thin guys. Try it. |

I recommend having healthy food, which you say you have, and exercise plus meditation. It's amazing what these three things can correct. But seriously, if you aren't already meditating, look into it. It will take care of that anxiety for you. |

| Did you ever do drugs when you were younger? / Are you doing any of these now? Even things that are not considered serious.. Alcohol, Nicotine, Caffeine and Prescriptions. (Please, don't assume its okay, just because it isn't mentioned All of these will take their toll on your energy. Some appear to give it to you, but will eventually fade your natural spirit. I was experiencing chronic fatigue for a while in my life.. I was sleeping about 12 hours a day and it was still difficult to get up... It felt like the day was going by so fast and I couldn't keep up with my life. Well, everything changed when I decided to become as healthy as I could. I felt a little better at first, but I completely recovered after I took it seriously. To recover: I stopped all drugs. (No Soda, Coffee, Tea, Beer/Wine, Cigarettes, etc.) I started only eating Organic Raw Food. (I recommend, you only eat 75% Raw Fruits and 25% Vegetables, I count nuts as fruit!) I started water fasting regularly, 3 day fasts at least twice a month. (I recommend, you make water fasting a regular part of your lifestyle) I started walking 2 to 3 times a week, between 2 - 4 miles at a time. (I hope you will believe that these simple changes will make a big difference in your life) Now: I only need about 6 hours of sleep average and even when I sleep only 4 hours I can jump out of bed full of energy and vitality. I haven't been sick in over 5 years, not even with a common cold, or soar throat. As soon as I feel anything coming, it doesn't stand a chance against: 100% Pure Squeezed Orange Juice and Water Fasting... The day is long.. once again and I have regained control of my life. Most of all, I feel like myself again. |

Keep a food and exercise diary for a few days and find out how many calories you are eating and expending. If you are eating 'healthy' food it is very easy to under eat. If you are cutting grains, then try adding potatoes or beans to your diet for the more 'starchy' calories which can give energy. If you're not hungry enough to eat, add say a couple of glasses of milk, or a yoghurt or a banana smoothie. |

| It sounds to me more like an iron problem than a thyroid one. If possible you should go to the doctor to have blood taken to rule out any problems that need to be treated. You can also focus on recording how many calories you take in, to see if you are getting enough. There are several websites where you simply enter what and how much food you eat, and it calculates the calories for you! |
