Water is the most significant in our Earth there is a lot of quantity of water in our planet than the soil or dry land. Like this our body also mostly contain in water. Water has many of diseases cures,

Drinking water is essential whether you try to loose weight or want to live healthier or want to do sports.
I tend to forget about it,so I try to install drinking habits.
Does anybody know what amount of water is commendable?

If somebody is going to say 8 glasses as a universal rule for all people of all sizes and activity levels, all diets and in all climates, please give me a gun first so i can shoot myself in the face .

To me commendable water drinking would entail drinking only to thirst... and people who eat a lot of veg and fruit and little sodium often need drink none.

The exception to the harmonious and homeostasis-promoting concept of drinking only to thirst would be preempting thirst in anticipation of a heavy demand as in planning to run 10 miles through the Sahara Desert and stocking up on fluids beforehand (and during) even before thirst is felt.

I also believe that there is an optimal amount of water varying by individual and circumstances, which means there can be too little or too much. If for example 7 cups (including that which is gleaned from veg and fruit) is the perfect amount for me on a certain day, then 8 cups is sub-optimal. Not in any obvious kind of way, but my body (particularly my kidneys) will have had to engage in extra work to eliminate this 1 cup of excess and it will have brought forth no benefit and utilized energy that would have been better expended elsewhere.

ok water has massive amount of power and energy it can breakthought concrete take a plant how many times do you see a plant poping up out of a footpath or block paving this is because of the water the plant uses that can push it up out of the ground a scientist in china found water to have memory he would say a word like "love" to the water then freeze it instantly and a pattern would form much like a snowflake but when he said the word "hitler" it would look like a nasty mess he also took a jar of crude oil and everyday would talk to the jar words like love gratitude nice words in 2 weeks the water seperated from the oil so half the jar was oil in the bottom and water good to drink on the top this proved water memory ok so now mineral water only has a small amount of minerals in it and you can get a better drink from your tap this is true let me explain from the source your water comes from till it reaches your tap it goes through alot of bends in pipes which stresses the water and its main particals are broken up so when you drink it its not at its true form now if you take a cup of water from your tap and speak nice to it the water will reform to its natural state this sounds mad i know but water has memory and when it was frozen in the tests it showed it true form the best words to say to the water is love and gratitude then drink it you now have a drink of the gods not just tap water far better than mineral water they tested holy water that was praised everyday by a church full of people a week later this water would heal cuts quickly in fact in the army now field medic carry special water treated in this way to heal injured troops note drink water to cold it will rush through your body drink it to hot the body wont use it drink it room temp. (which the body is at)and the body uses every bit of it
