Hi, just wondering if people have any tips concerning eye health? Recently, my eyes, particularly my right eye have felt dryer than usual. I had an eye test done and was told they are healthy, but I've changed from monthly contact lenses to daily ones because monthly lenses in my right eye are only lasting a couple of weeks, at best. This wasn't a problem up until a few months ago, and doesn't seem to have improved.

Hey dear i am facing same problem like you. My eyes are also dry but now my eyes are improving because i consulted with my doctor. He said that i should wash my eyes with cold water early in the morning and do eye exercise regularly. You should also do this.

I also have a problem with chronic dry eyes. Massin, what do you mean by doing eye exercises? I wouldn't know where to start. And when you wash your eyes, I'm assuming you wash into the eye, not just around it, right? Thanks.

I agree with Massin washing eye with cold water is actually beneficial, you can do it on regular basis so that can avoid eye problems.

Also wondering if people can give a list of foods that are good and bad for the eyes?
