What are ways to increase testosterone? I feel like I should be more of a man, in a lot of different ways. Physical strength, endurance, goal setting & achieving, motivation, respect, etc. I'm OK but I want more. Plus I just notice with higher levels of testosterone, everything is better. I'm talking about natural ways of course, no pills or steroids. I have been eating better, cutting down weed smoking and alcohol drinking, cutting down masturbation, I'm getting more consistent with exercise, and I've been getting my mind right. But for some reason I still want to improve, feels like it's not enough. I don't have a lot of sex, and I don't get much competitive exercise, like playing sports. I also don't get much cardio exercise, mostly just weight training. I try to do brisk walking though to make up for it. I have been depressed the past 2 years I think, but I think I am about to overcome it thanks to better thinking and more strenuous, consistent exercise (thanks to this site I have found ways to improve my thinking and outlook on life). I noticed competition really seems to help, even when I was depressed and smoking a lot of weed, playing a highly competitive video game with friends helped me a lot. I'm trying to find people to play sports with though, so I can get the competition and cardio exercise in one. I noticed ladies do help a lot too.. I've been so focused on fixing the problems in my life and making more money, but I'm gonna start creating more balance in my life and allow for more relaxation time, so I think that will help. Is there anything else I can do to improve? I'm trying to get to a point where I can still smoke a decent amount of weed and drink a decent amount on weekends without hurting my testosterone levels too much. Depression I think will be solved by my new ways of thinking, because it strated by me getting frustrated and focusing on the negative. |

The weed and booze will always do alot of damage to your testosterone, this is just my opinion not a scientific fact (I have not checked but it could be a fact of science). Anyway,.... try this Fo-Ti herb, it's amazing in it's ability to replace the chi in the body and isn't a testosterone replacement.... but it's really good, I'ved use it and know. If I get this right, you think increasing your testosterone levels will help: Quote:
That said, eating foods with zinc is supposed to help. I recall red meat as a source, specifically. | |

Higher levels of testosterone can lead to aggressive behaviour (I've seen that with my own eyes), and it doesn't necessarily lead to the things you're describing. What you should be asking is how you can change your self-perception and your habits so as to cultivate the things you'd like to be. |

Step 1: Stop smoking WEED and drinking ALCOHOL. Step 2: Adopt a Raw Food Vegetarian Lifestyle and Eat about 70% Fruit 30% Veggies. Step 3: Go on regular Walks minimum 30 minutes, 2 to 3 times per week. To quicken the healing process and help you overcome any withdrawal addictions you may have, you should do some 3 day water fasts. This means more than just once, you will need to make a habit of it, at least twice a month. (This will help you quit weed/alcohol and regenerate the damage the weed/alcohol have done and heal your organs which will balance your hormones and increase your testosterone.) Another method of increasing your Testosterone is Sexual Abstinence. Lookup Brahmacharya, the strictest definition is a vow of celibacy, the refraining from all sexual activity in mind, word and deed. Certainly, for some people, celibacy offers freedom and contentment, while allowing energy to be directed into the spiritual realm, whether it is practiced for a limited period of time or for an entire lifetime. It is never too late to change your life and feel young again.. Do some water fasts and you will understand why this is true. Last edited by waterfast; 12-07-2011 at 11:10 AM. |

As you may know most of the athletes have higher testosterone levels which leads to more self-confidence which leads to more winning. It's like a never ending circle but where's the start? Ok, think about it this way: if you don't have enough testosterone in your body, find the reason why. If you manage to do it you may also find the solution easier(and not necessarily by using any drugs or stimulants). If you don't find a negative consequences you may start searching for benefits from the level of testosterone in your body(if there aren't negative effects, there should be positive). Eventually as you body and organism as a whole should know what's best for you and thus by increasing one of three components it should strengthen up the others. |
