This rather odd weight loss method was mentioned on the radio the other day amidst much laughter and disbelief. Anyone care to do a 30 day trial?

Pilates helps sculpt the body. While I was doing some professional dancing I went away for a while. When I came back people were commenting on my appearance. I was still dancing, but not more, and hadn't changed my diet. The only thing I did differently was add a pilates regimen to my week. tada!

This actually makes sense. Women who have more sex/masturbate more tend to be thinner, and really this just sounds like masturbation in one of its forms.

Better posture definitely helps and not only do you look good you feel good - it works both ways. But you don't need exercise to improve it!

have any of you tired soup.

I did for a week some pounds.

every now and then i like to test myself and see if i can do things and this was one of them. the "diet" was not that hard though.

but the diet ask to eat meat on on the 5th day.

i personally dont eat meat so i ate beans instead.

Anyway this diet is a a way to get motivated to
- losing weight
- And also a way to take a easy on your digestive system
