Default Double Dare Freedom From Sugar Game

Hi, anyone want to play this game?

It's called the double dare freedom from sugar game. I decided I needed to cut out sugar, but this time instead of doing some month challenge I'm doing it like this:

Today 1st Dec I got up and said to myself

"I double dare you to eat no processed sugar today"

It's been EASY - and this from November's chocoholic of the month...because it's all a game. (I even made cakes with my kids - not interested). Also using intention-manifestation I see it as freedom from sugar, not going without it.

Tomorrow I will repeat the double dare and report back...

How long will this last? As long as I want. I'm in control
