Could I have torn my hymen During Workout?
I have dance every monday and wednesday for an hour, i workout a lot. i rode my bike a lot for years when i was younger and gone over those bumps with the bike.
but yet, when i tried putting in a tampon i got like ----------------- this much of the tampon left to puut it.
but i just got soo scared and thought it stinged. but yet, i was really nervous that i was sweating.
soo do you think it's broken? because my bf wants to finger me, but i heard if your hymen is stilll intact it hurts. idk help?!
plus i workout a lot, that i sweat a lot. and i do a lot of pilates. almost everyday for 30 minutes.

Honestly, it's impossible for anyone here to guess if your hymen is intact. Some girls do ballet, gymnastics, horseback riding, and various other sports and still have an intact hymen, and others never do any of that and have no problem with a hymen barrier. Some girls don't even have a noticeable hymen, in fact, and others have a hymen so sturdy it can take quite a lot of effort to get it to stretch to where sex is comfortable. It's all very individualised, and very personal.

Here's how you can find out: get a hand mirror, sit in front of a light source, and have a peek. You might want to Google photos of what a hymen would look like, so you'll know what you're looking for.
By the time you've gone through puberty, you probably wouldn't have a fully intact hymen anyway. They tend to get holes in them and disintegrate somewhat (actually, if your hymen was what's called "imperforate," or didn't have any holes, you wouldn't be able to menstruate properly and it would require surgical removal). Many girls only have a bit of tissue around the opening of the vagina.
You also might want to stretch things out with your own fingers.
