Hello everybody, I'd like to present you the plant Ginkgo Biloba which is one of the oldest and most ancient plants on our planet. It has survived for centuries even from the time of dinosaurs. Some explain that with the words "if it has survived so much time, it must have a reason to be on our planet". I agree. One interesting thing is that it also survived the Hiroshima/Nagasaki explosions within 1-2 km of the center of the blast. Wikipedia says that, too So that show it's a pretty strong plant. But what are the effects on our organism. The main thing that Gingko is used for is to energize our bodies. It also helps for cold feet and makes our blood vessels more flexible and elastic(which makes the blood flow faster and easier). I, myself have used and continue to use Gingko in form of drinking tea. Even at first one can feel the effect of it. By drinking tea I felt my thoughts going easier and in a smoother manner. This in it's way made my whole organism feel better and my actions improved as well. There's a lot more to be written and said about the powers of the plant, but maybe everyone should search for themselves as I'm not trying to convince anyone of it. I'm saying what I've learned about the plant and it's effects through personal experience and friends' also. It is truly a treasure but like most paradoxes in life - the most valuable are also one of the most underrated Last edited by Apresto; 12-01-2011 at 01:24 PM. |
