OK so I used to drink coffee all the time, and it does give me energy. But if I drink to much of it I feel all dizzy and strange. Also I hate the crash after the buzz is gone. Well I tried out gensing tea and Mate tea and they give me lasting energy and real energy. Mix one of these great teas with brown sugar and organic honey and you will have an energy drink that won't hurt you unlike those canned ones they sell these days! But keep in mind even with herbs moderation is the key. To much of anything can be bad, so just take a little and you will notice your energy levels go up! |

Mate still has caffeine, so if you're giving caffeine up, keep that in mind. I agree though! I've started drinking a mate/black tea blend, and it's amazing. Feels so much better than some of the alternatives. Never tried ginseng. I'll have to try. |
