Hi, I was gonna say Hoodia, but you said you tried it. Other things that I know which work for me are: green veggies - when I eat some broccolli or green beans I satisfy myself, give the body proper nutrition while very low calories and take care of cravings "minced" cabbage + carrot salad - very low calories, feel full for many hours exercise - any appetite is gone during and at least 1 hour after I train another interesting activity / hobby - gets the brain away from food, but has to be something very interesting to you or the brain will remember about food meditation - does same as above, makes the brain forget about food a big cup of tea - cheats the body from appetite for some time for sure the following I do not use and do not suggest, but they are appetite suppressants: alcohol smoking |
