Default so far so good, day 1

i have been up since 07:00 am with my 13 week old baby and even though i keep feeling the urge to eat i haven't. I had a cup of green tea this morning (hope this is ok on a water fast and doesn't affect my weight loss ), and had a glass of water up to now. I'm just keeping myself busy so my mind doesn't think about eating lol. Will post again later this evening, wish me luck xx

12:08pm feeling very hungry now :-( keeping myself occupied playing games online haha. need motivation!!

Are you drinking only water? that too a week? Its not good for your health, try to have juice at least, drinking citrus juice will really help to lose your weight. If you continue this you will surely face health problems in the future. So i suggest you to change your diet routine.

Why not make permanent dietary changes plus exercise to get long term health benefits? Temporary habits have shown to result only in temporary changes, not long term.

Ok then go head. I am discouraging you, just take care of your health. If you feel tried you can even take some health supplements or weight loss supplements. there are many natural weight loss supplements available in the market which are really effective in burning your without causing any side effects.
