Default Water fasting, second time around

Hello,

I am a 17 year old girl, and I've been struggling with my eating habits for the past 7-8 months. I did try a water fast about two months ago, and I was quite successful, but I fell off the wagon half way. Therefore I have decided to embark on a water fast once again. I need to get my habits under control. I want to be able to eat three or four regular meals a day, not binge once a day, and snack all the time. I hate the way things have developed. This has to stop. Starting tomorrow, I will be fasting for at least ten days. If I feel good, I will add another five days. This will be my journal. And I will do this! I know I can!

Well i am not sure if it is safe for you .. Because it can dehydrate your body and it can worse your health .. But still it depends on if your body can go through with it . Best of luck

A more general question to ask yourself -- if you want to have relatively permanent state of good health, how can you achieve that if you don't adopt permanent health changes?
