Hello, I am a 17 year old girl, and I've been struggling with my eating habits for the past 7-8 months. I did try a water fast about two months ago, and I was quite successful, but I fell off the wagon half way. Therefore I have decided to embark on a water fast once again. I need to get my habits under control. I want to be able to eat three or four regular meals a day, not binge once a day, and snack all the time. I hate the way things have developed. This has to stop. Starting tomorrow, I will be fasting for at least ten days. If I feel good, I will add another five days. This will be my journal. And I will do this! I know I can! |
