If you followed a different diet and your energy level went down, it was obviously a bad diet. Any changes to your diet should result in you feeling more energy. One common mistake people make is to replace processed foods with whole foods, while greatly overestimating the caloric content of the whole foods. So they under-eat, and a result, "This whole 'healthy food' thing just isn't working out for me. I'll just stick to the chips and beer, they make me feel good." |

Hi the only supplements you may need are protein powder, multivitamins and fish oil. Those are the basics and unless you are a pro, which you are not, you do not need anything else. Also remember that weight loss comes from 90-95% food and only 5-10% from exercise so it makes a lot of sense to just focus on your eating less and you can even completely ignore the exercise part. |

Sounds like you're searching for a quick fix. There is no quick fix, and it could take many months to start seeing results. If you use some cop-out approach, you will end up losing for sure. Read my lengthy reply to your other post: Weight loss - tough task |

if your looking for healthy ways there is NO need to use any suppliments. Suppliments are useless i have found over my years working out. The only thing proven to work is a healthy diet and exercise. If you want a quick fix you are going to have to use steroids. Since all suppliment products are untested they are probably just as bad for you. I have never used any steroid and stopped using suppliments 3 years ago .. with alittle dedication I am in great shape. hope this helps.
