Default Half Diet and Cold Showers

Hey everyone check out these new techniques I'm using to improve my health

The first thing I'm doing is only eating half of the portions I normally eat. For example instead of having two slices of pizza, I'm having one.

Also, I've been experimenting with taking cold showers. I'm almost use to it haha, but it makes me feel so much more awake, and it's better for my skin.

What do you all think?

With that program... you should live to be a hundred... that is... if you don't freeze to death in the shower first...

I think "One" is a very powerful and important concept in healthy eating when a person has difficulty with over eating. One hamburger is better than many hamburgers. It is not the total answer but it is great progress.

Enjoy the cold showers. <Grin>
Happy Trails!

I would recommend taking whole food supplements to make sure you're not accidentally skipping out on any nutrients.
