| Hey everyone check out these new techniques I'm using to improve my health The first thing I'm doing is only eating half of the portions I normally eat. For example instead of having two slices of pizza, I'm having one. Also, I've been experimenting with taking cold showers. I'm almost use to it haha, but it makes me feel so much more awake, and it's better for my skin. What do you all think? |

| I would recommend taking whole food supplements to make sure you're not accidentally skipping out on any nutrients.
