I've tried before and only managed to get to day 3, I wasn't very prepared for a water fast as I jumped into it without doing my research. This time I want to make it to 7 days, to plunge myself into a healthier lifestyle. I do want to lose weight too, however that is not the sole reason for my fast. ANY ADVICE ON GETTING THROUGH THE FIRST FEW DAYS WOULD BE GREAT! THANKS |

That's still an amazing achievement! considering my best attempt was only half of that! I am feeling incredibly motivated at this point, but then again I felt this way the last time! how did you find it? did it get easier as it went along? many people say it does.. |
