Hello, I'm soon going to start the following biphasic sleeping plan: Sleep 02:30-07:00 Awake 07:00-17:00 Sleep 17:00-18:30 Awake 18:30-02:30 However in about a week I will need to be awake from 7am until around 9pm. I will need to miss my nap but is there a way to do this without losing my entire schedule? Thanks, James |
