Default I have been diagnosed with seborrhoeic dermatitis

Hi there, over 2 months ago my condition appeared,I tried various creams, nothing actually helped.

Please, can anyone help me treat this disease? Please , either alternative ways, or western.

Thank you.

Cut sugar out of your diet entirely. I have dermatitius too which falres up when I start eating poorly. it takes a few days of stopping sugar but it really improves it and reduces flareups.

Also avoid diet coke. Funnily enough I can drink diet pepsi but not diet Coke. the bext day after drinking it I have itchy patches. it must be the artificail sweetner in it. So best avoid that too.

Take note of when it is bad and think about what you have been eating which might have triggered it.

Cold weather is also not good.and stress. stay hydrated.

I tend to be given steriod creams for when it is really annoying, but i really don't like using them especially on my face and scalp which is where i get my patches. they can thin the skin and in the long run make your skin liable to further breakouts.

if it is in your hair use a regualr dandruff shampoo daily. That seems to clear it for me.

it will come and go but tbnoticing what sparks it off can be really useful.

Are they the little "age spots"? I've got a sebborheic cyst behind my left ear, and whilst it's an unwanted sign of my aging process, it isn't harmful or painful. I can have it removed but it will cost $70.

Is this the same as your condition?

Thanks for your tips. I changed my diet from yesterday. I am eating only vegetables and fruits, I am also buying brown rice.I heard it is great detoxicant. I am will start rice diet.
Also bought b-complex,and will buy omega too.
And planning to start with urine therapy in 1-2 weeks. I want to get rid of this condition badly :/, I cannot cope with one thing... that it could last lifetime. I read about couple of people who got rid of it permanently, but there werent many. One got rid of it while he was on vacation near sea.

Oh, I do not recommend steroid creams, they are only temporary and dangerous solution.

On the short term, mix aloe vera and tea tree oil together and smear on the scalp. Sleep with it, wash in the morning. It makes a huge difference.

You sound really desperate. be aware that the way your skin is today may not be the way it is next week. it will come and go and you will have good and bad times with it. I would say that mine has been pretty good for quite a while.

I am now vegetarian and avoid sugar if I can. Lots of water and no stress all help.

Having it in your scalp is really difficult as the dandruff flakes are embarrassing. But I have discovered that regualr washing with a dandruff shampoo really works.

the worst for me is itchy patches on the sides of my nose and behind my ears. But I find that olive oil rubbed on the patches really helps to take away the sting and to soften it up.

try not to worry too much as it will calm down. your new diet will improve it and staying calm will do wonder.

Your diet does seem low in fats though. I would add in some olive oil or oily fish. or take some omega supplements.

The artificial sweetener in pretty much all diet soft drinks is ASPARTAME. Aspartame is 100% poison. I recommend all of you take a look at how damaging it is : Aspartame Side Effects

Please avoid diet-anything at all costs. Your much better drinking regular soda if you're going to be drinking anything of that sort at all.

Plus which it doesn't help people lose weight at all...it's false advertising. Women think that drinking diet coke is better for their waist line...it's pure nonsense.
