Recovered from Groin Pain --Advice
Now that I have recovered from Groin pain, my muscle was pulled.
Please advice the kind of exercise I should do and which I should avoid.
Following are the exercises I do
1. HIIT on treadmill (I think this exercise was responsible for my muscle pull)
2. Leg Raises
3. Sit ups
