How do you find balance in this hectic world? What amount of time do you allot for physical exercise, mental relaxation and work activities? I find that scheduling at least an hour a day to exercise (yang energy) and combining it with a yin activity - something creative - helps me more fully focus on my passion work and fulfilling my vision. What works for you?
