Default Healing.... which worked for you

Out of all the ways to heal in life, which have you found to be the most effective?

For a couple of ideas....
Homopathetic
Teas
Reiki
Grounding
Yoga
Food changes
Acupuncture
Reflexology
Staring at the sun
Staring at the moon
Pagan spells
Other exercises
Meditation
Hypnosis
Supplements

(not asking for any particular reason, just thought it would make for a good discussion)

Well, I'm a bit biased, because, well, I'm writing a book on it.

But seriously, I've learned quite a bit about healing in that time. The technique doesn't matter so much, but what is most important is Love.

Also, to realize that the condition doesn't need to be healed. It may stay the way it is forever, and that is perfectly fine. We don't have any preconceived notions that it should change. It is the way it is, but we are open to change. We just Love everything as it is.

For healing limiting beliefs, fears, emotional issues, etc, I've found Byron Katie's The Work, as well as ho ʻ oponopono, to be great tools for clearing. My Zero Limits thread documents my experience with those.

What's the book on exactly, one certain method or another, or all the methods?

Healing in general, and the principles behind healing. I call it the technique beyond all techniques. I discuss other techniques briefly when necessary but it's really going beyond all of them into the principles behind healing itself.

I had a cord cutting session done and it helped dissolve my anxiety somewhat. I noticed a decent improvement.

I tried reiki. I think it could of helped, but it was hard for me to notice. Of course, that's just me.
