Default Natural ways to lower blodd pressure

There is lot of material on net on how to lower high blood pressure.
I am, however, interested in personal experiences.
Are there any members who have been able to lower blood pressure through diet change / exercise / life style change etc. And how?

100% Lifestyle change

I was in an extremely stressful job and had not taken sufficient time off work to recover from surgery and over a few months, my blood pressure which had been around 140/90 rose to around 170/120 and my resting pulse rose around 100 and skipping heartbeats. My doctor gave me blood pressure tablets but they made me feel so ill that I threw them away after 3 days.

I quit work and moved abroad. Within 2 months of moving here and with NO diet or exercise or medications, my blood pressure was normalised (120-123 / 80) and my resting pulse had reduced to high 70s.

Now, following diet this year and reducing my weight (I'm now around 30kg less than 1 year ago), my resting pulse is around 60-64 and I haven't had my blood pressure tested recently, but last time I did (before I lost weight) it was still normal.

Lifestyle, lifestyle, lifestyle all the way.

You can take krill oil supplements to lower your blood pressure and at the same time it also help your to maintain the overall health. As it is a natural supplement, it wont cause any side effects.
