Default Uberman Sleep

Well as most of us here should already , steve switched from monophasic sleep to polyphasic sleep otherwise aka Uberman. For those of you who don't know what it is , a background is provided below.

The Uberman sleep schedule is a method of organizing your sleeping time to maximize your REM sleep and minimize your non-REM sleep. The goal of the sleep cycle is that you are actively in REM sleep within a couple of minutes of falling asleep and remain in that state until you awaken by having 6 20-30mintue naps a day leaving you with at least 22 hrs of free time.

Currently have my finals exams and will determine whether i can get into colledge/University . Going to rely on this so that i can use these free hours to study. I am currently on my first day on this schedule and it seems to be going well so far. Anyone else interested done or interested in Uberman?
