Default Not exactly a Human issue......

...don't know if my question is inappropriate here or not, as it's to do with dogs, not Humans.....
Does anyone have any idea which foods -such as vegetables etc are OK for a dog with early stage renal failure?
My dog was diagnosed with this today. She has some boring prescription diet stuff (which she wolfs down!) but to add variety I'd like to put some other juicy food of one kind or another in with the kibble.
But I know she mustn't have much protein now, or phosphorus-containing foods.
So if anyone out there knows a bit about nutrition, -or dogs- or renal failure -please could you tell me which foods are low phosphorus?
I tried doing online searches and got tied in knots! LOL!
