Hi all 2 years ago I injured my neck due to overtraining. I didnt think this was a problem till I discovered that i could no longer sleep on my stomach as this would aggrevate the problem.I then had to adjust to sleeping on my side and back.I had never slept on my back or side before and didnt think it would be an issue adjusting but it was.I havent had a decent nights sleep in 2 years. Ive been for various tests and various doctors and theyve all given me a clean bill of health.Ive also changed my mattress three times,The first being a soft one ,the second being an extremely firm one and my current one being a compromise between soft and firm. Im having trouble both falling asleep and waking up.I used to sleep from 21:00-05:30 and feel refreshed but now i sleep from 00:00-12:00 and feel as though I havent even been in bed upon awakening. I was wondering if anyone out there could help me....Ive changed my diet and cut refined carbs and gluten which has helped somewhat and currently exercise 3x a week,im 19....pleas any and all suggestions would be helpful |

Woah! That sounds like a horrible state of living for such a young person. Did you try a chiropractor or an osteopath? Accupuncture? What about Kundalini yoga or any form of yoga? I don't know if you are into alternative medicine or have the money to invest in alternative treatment. Since you are having a clean diet and healthy lifestyle, it looks like there might be an imbalance somewhere in your body, something that needs to be re-aligned. I'm not a doctor, but I have had such miraculous recoveries from various ailments from alternative medicine, that I can only recommend to explore that route. There are some things that don't show up on Xrays. Good luck to you and hope your Dracula days will soon be over. |
