 |  Water fast support needed!
Hey, I'm starting a 12-day water fast tomorrow and I was hoping I could get some encouragement along the way. I'll probably post some updates too. If anyone wants to be my email-pal, let me know, I would really appreciate it!  |

Sooo... First day. I did very well! Until I came home from school. I ate two crispbreads, one slice of apple pie from yesterday (it was my b-day, woo) AND some candy  I don't really know why, but I can't seem to stay away from food!! I have a serious addiction!

How old are you? Just curious. Do you have any support to help keep you motivated and on track? Doing it for just weight loss may be why it's hard for you, the healing process, spiritual reasons is what helped me succeed during it. It's always so easy to stray off a healthy diet after that the weight will creep back up on you so having a good support system behind you will immensely help. |
