I am doing HIIT(High intensity Interval Training) with Treadmill for couple of weeks along with leg raises. But for two or three day I am noticing some pain while i am doing leg raises mainly in left abdominal side. The pain is not very severe but I am feeling it whenever I run fast on trendmill or do straight leg raises. Is this groin pain or something else. Can I continue doing my exercise as I don't feel any severe pain but pain is there. |

Even a doctor would respond to this question by saying to be seen in person if you want to be sure. There's a good chance you're just overdoing it on certain exercises and I think you know that.
