Need diet recipes
I'm working in a computer all the time and no activity. Sigh! I don't want to drink any tablet just to reduce. If you have some diet recipes, you can point me there. Though I'm changing my day to day activity by slight exercise. Thanks.

Why don't you take short breaks from the computer to do some activity? I sometimes do this and manage to get some workouts done this way.
As for recipes, I can share one with you. I actually have a video where I show you how I make my tuna salad recipe that is quite low in fat. I have it a few times per week.
It's an easy one that even single guys can put together in a flash.
