I'm thinking of starting Biphasic sleep tonight, and I was curious as to how to space out the sleep and the nap. I've seen a lot of information suggesting to take a 4.5 hour sleep and 1.5 hour nap, but I haven't seen much on how far I should space them apart. I'd like to do my 4.5 hours from 1AM to 5:30AM, so where should I put the 1.5hour nap? Should it be exactly opposite of the sleep at 1PM or could it be an hour before or after? How much flexibility is there? Thanks, and apologies if this is already posted elsewhere. |
