Default Can Men and Women Manifest Age Reversal?

Aging manifests in many ways, including sagging posture or skin, loss of hair and teeth, and wrinkling skin. So here's the question: who has manifested age reversal in any sense? Grown their hair back with positive thought? Anyone?

I think this should be in Intention-Manifestation forum, ask mods to move your thread and I bet you'll get more answers there

I'm personally interested in the topic myself, not so much in reversing aging (I'm 22, nothing to reverse ), but not aging in the first place. I think when it comes to not aging or slowering aging dramatically a healthy lifestyle can go a long way. I mean, everyone look great in their early 20s, but most young people lead unhealthy lifestyles: they don't get enough sleep, they don't exercise, they eat junk, they drink alcohol, they smoke.. Then, as a result, in their late 20s and early 30s things start going down quickly, since it's the age when organism in general stops recovering so fast from all the crap you're putting it through. I guess if you lead a healthy lifestyle from adolescence or early 20s, you will look much younger than people of the same age in your 30s and consequently 40s, 50s, 60s, etc.

I think that when it comes to reversing aging, the same healthy lifestyle can go a long way as well. Most people in their 40s and 50s don't exercise anymore and often are overweight. I assume that if person in their 50s starts exercising, eating healthy, drops unhealthy habits and loses all excess weight, they'll look at least ten years younger. Healthy lifestyle can go a long way

Another simple thing is taking care of your looks. I mean, most people when they get married stop caring about their looks as much as they did in their 20s, meaning they gain weight, they don't pay attention to what they're wearing, etc. I think this makes people look older as well. I guess it also causes problems in bedroom department

When it comes to intention-manifestation, I guess people in IM forum will have ideas to share about this. I remember that Abraham says that your body is the easiest object to change with your thoughts. I'd think that if you manage to overcome social conditioning and limiting beliefs, you can reverse the aging process a lot.You just need to focus on it.

I'm very impressed by people who seem to be immune to the aging process. I remember I loved the story about the Buddhist lama who sometimes is reborn as a male and sometimes as a female. In one of the lives when the lama was reborn as a female, she was an incredibly beautiful woman and she looked around 30 until the age of 95-98. Oh, I love that story

Here's my poolside video from a few weeks ago at age 50. And no, I did NOT need to be on a vegan diet or do ANY type of fasting whatsoever. The only thing I resorted to was perhaps some hair colouring to hide the grays

Wow, Clint!

I remember once you've mentioned that you're 50 I was like "What?", because I thought you were much younger judging from your photo. That poolside video is something, martial arts power yo!

Thanks Agota. In addition to the motivation lesson in this video, I was making another point regarding health and fitness. Hopefully, the video plus my medical lab test results all prove that one can most certainly continue to be healthy and fit for the long term without the 'fads'.

I am assuming that most people here want to be healthy long term for many years to come and all it takes is a well balanced diet plus exercise.
