I am considering doing the everymans sleep schedule(3 hour sleep with three 20 minute naps) but I'm in high school so I had to change times a bit so it doesn't interfere with classes. I'm thinking of doing: 1:00-1:20 nap 3:00-6:00 core sleep 15:20-15:40 nap 22:00-22:20 nap Will this work or is there too big of a gap? Also, how far do I need to space out the naps and the sleep? As in, will I be fine if in total I take three naps and one core, or do they need to be a certain time length apart? Do they need to be evenly spaced? |
