My 28 day water fast: just the start to a better body and lifestyle
Hi everyone. Im new to this forum, so I hope everyone is well and happy.
I know alot a people think water fasting is mad, but I've done alot of research and it seems like a great way to induce a better way of thinking about food and detoxify the body.
In the past 2 years I've gained around 30 pounds, putting me at 5'5 and 147 pounds. Before the weight gain I was really healthy and ran almost everyday.
However about a year into university everything kind of changed. I went out alot more and just didn't take notice of my diet and exercise. Ok, so same old story. Now I feel it's time for a drastic change.
I feel the need to share my journey with others in hope that people wanting to do the same will have some idea of how it might go and what to expect. And if no one gets anything out of it, then atleast its out there and I have a record.
So today is day 2 (146 pounds)
Yesterday was nothing special, just drank water (duh), had a bit of a headache. But feel just fine.
I'm thinking to buy some pampering stuff lol just to keep myself occupied.
I will be posting something everyday hopefully. I will be taking vitamins later in the programme and enemas, so that will be interesting lol
After the fast I will try and do a 10 day juice fast and see where to go from there.
