Hi, Why my belly seems to be bulky when I get out of gym. As the day progresses it become more bulky. I am doing mainly cardio like 40 minutes treadmill along with sit ups and leg raises. Please suggest. |

Could it be because you're used to shallow breathing, and when you go to the gym, you're doing a lot of cardio so you're forcing yourself to breathe properly? Because when you breathe deeply and properly, your belly should be expanded. A flat belly is not necessary a healthy one.
