Default Ever used a wii for exercise?

So i bought a new wii just for fitness purposes and im loving it. I bought the wii fit plus with the balance board and im amazed at the yoga and strength training exercises . The system tells you by its motion sensors whether you are off balance or doing it correctly. Have been using it for quite some time and definitely feel an improvement in posture . Also have the my fitness coach which is way better than a fitness dvd cuz it keeps track of your workouts and keeps changing the routines and backgrounds and music. Also have just dance 2 which while using you are sweating, but you dont realize it cuz u are having fun .

If you want to know more about wii fitness games, you can visit this site
