Im a 17yr old. Ive been wondering about what kind of a diet would be the best for a person my age. Ive got different directions for different people, and i find it to be confusing sometimes.
Can someone tell me what a good, Vegetarian Diet for me would be? A diet which caters to my nutritional needs, keeps me fit, and also gives good test, should be great !
Basically, I want to eat in such a way now, that i can see a marked raise in my immunity levels, and that this eating pattern will show its effects even when im past 30. (For eg, two glasses of milk a day when your growing up, can prevent your bones from breaking if you fall down when your age is 45 or more)
HEhe, Sorry for so many requirments, but this is probably the only place where i will find answers. So everyone, am waiting for your replies eagerly.
