Hello, That's another part of my research for upcoming health and fitness website: What are the best blogs/websites on health and fitness (exercise, nutrition, losing weight, anything else, etc.) out there? I'm interested in really good ones that publish quality content Thank you! Agota |

Webmd.com is good. Of course they are drug pushers so information on that is distorted. But they have articles like how orange juice will lower high blood pressure and how vitamin D deficiency is causing breast cancer. Huffington Post has a lot of doctors writing articles for them. It appears that all of the MDs favor alternative health-- Dr Galland, Fuhrman, Katz, Hyman, Weil and more. I guess they figure if you want to read what convential doctors say, go to webmd. Right now it appppears that Huffington Post is going crazy with vegan/vegetarian information. Maybe it is like the 100th monkey effect. Recently they had: Mikko Alanne: But Plants Have Feelings, Too! 13 Vegetarian Or Vegan Comedians (PHOTOS) Nil Zacharias: BUSTED: Top Vegan Nutrition Myths Nil Zacharias: This Is How We Do It: 11 Amazing Vegan Recipes September is yoga awareness month so they are loaded with articles on yoga. Unlike webmd, they have comments and some of the comments are very insightful. Also they have a lot about mental health like: 43 Inspiring Celebs Who Lived With Depression Also to get more followers on Twitter, you should have at least one tweet. You can even retweet someone's tweet. Twitter-Whizkid7 Last edited by ginkgo; 09-11-2011 at 05:05 PM. |

| Natural Health Information Articles and Health Newsletter by Dr. Joseph Mercola Natural Health News & Remedies -- Jon Barron's Baseline of Health Foundation The Weston A. Price Foundation - Weston A Price Foundation http://chriskresser.com/ The World's Healthiest Foods Mark's Daily Apple WebMD sucks. They're a propaganda front for the pharmaceutical industry. My general rule of thumb is to dismiss any site that promotes the idea that saturated fat causes heart disease. That's an indication that they are clearly decades behind the science, and any information there is suspect. Last edited by stanmrak; 09-12-2011 at 02:08 AM. |

Most fitness experts and fitness system contributors have pitched in every idea into the health and fitness law enforcement program. You can also ask them to develop personalized program for you if desired. Especially if you need more work in order to be fit. This is a good vehicle for you to achieve the idea body that you want. Being fit gives you confidence and makes you feel comfortable with your body.
