Okay, basically, I'm doing a research on the best health and fitness related products for an upcoming health and fitness website. I'm interested in any health/fitness related products, it may be books, audio/video material, supplements, equipment, clothes, whatever else, etc. They have to be high quality, really beneficial and promoting healthy lifestyle (meaning if it's supplements, they should be natural, if it's book, they should be honest as opposed to commercial crap, etc.). What you guys would proudly recommend to your friends when it comes to health and fitness? Key issues website will adress: - Having more energy: sleep, nutrition, exercise, psychology, whatever helps to increase energy levels in a healthy and sustainable manner. - Getting in shape:losing weight/building or toning muscles/etc. - Staying in shape:maintaining ideal weight, developing healthy habits like regular exercising, dropping unhealthy habits, etc. - Looking good: Hair, skin, body (well that's covered in other sections), teeth, anything that helps person to naturally look good without make up/medical interventions/etc. - Excelling in fitness: increasing your strenght, flexibility, co-ordination, learning physical skillls fast, sports psychology, etc. - Being happy: Well obviously that's broad, but that's about relation between healthy body, healthy mind and healthy soul, so it can be ways to enjoy food more, inspirational books about running, etc. Please don't be shy and help me with my research P.S. You can recommend your own products as well (if that's not against forum rules?) |

If you are serious about it, I would recommend spending $200-$300 — for a Needak, ReboundAir or Cellerciser. These are ones that are used in health clubs. They will last a lifetime (and give you a better bounce as well). Last edited by stanmrak; 09-12-2011 at 01:37 AM. | |

| You might try craigslist. I found a used ReboundAir for $100 there. Most sporting goods stores only carry the cheap ones; this means models under $100. If you're not too heavy, maybe these will hold up. Or it might just end up in the garage after all. |

You could try my site (surprise, did you think I'd say that?) If you're looking at it from a "big picture" perspective though, you could try someone like Raw Food Diet, Bodyweight Exercises and Self-Mastery Or generally any website on Diet and Lifestyle, such as Energiseforlife.com (alkaline lifestyle) Or, for a more Raw Foods direction, you could look at oneluckyduck.com Notice how Sarma has left her special "touch" on her brand. That's what you want to do in order to succeed. We all want that authenticity these days. You aren't going to succeed by just marketing products at low prices, etc. Unless you want to face off with Amazon. |
