Default Kareem Samhouri

Has anyone here heard about him or even tried his exercise program?

Dr. Kareem Samhouri Review | Dr. Kareem Samhouri Review

He seems to have a more holistic approach to weight training as he says he is utilizing the nervous system to create better muscular stimulation. I haven't really noticed that other trainers focus on this aspect to this extent - but then again I'm not expert in judging exercise and weight loss plans...

I hate to be a buzz kill, but read Starting Strength. Rippetoe talks a lot about the huge effect on the neural-muscular system lifting heavy gives. Squats are amazing for that.

Basically he's not saying anything that trainers haven't been saying for years. "Keep your core tight" means "stimulate all your muscles as you come up". This guy just puts a mediocre website with it.

EDIT: Also, there's nothing more annoying on the internet than a page with sound that I can't close in one click, like your first link. Screw the guy who came up with that ability.

lol holy crap, that's a scam page if I've ever seen one. The link is at least to his presentation page, so I can understand the sound, as it tells you that if you wait 10 seconds, you get the video. But, try clicking out of it, and you get a popup asking if you are sure, cause you'll lose data, even tho there is no data to enter.... But, if you click stay on page, it automatically sends you to another page, with a "great offer".

The main page is even worse
Fat Loss, Lose Weight, Lose Fat Faster, Build Muscle, How To Lose Belly Fat

Who in their right mind would seriously buy anything from one of these types of pages?
