I wish you best of luck with that. I haven't read it myself, but I've heard people get good results with the book "Burn the fat, feed the muscle", maybe you'd want to take a look at it. I'd also suggest to take a look at the book "Money and the Law of Attraction" by Esther and Jerry Hicks, they have a section on health and specifically weight loss there, I believe you can find it useful in case you have been trying to lose weight for a while. Best of luck! Agota |

Hmm, I'm not really liking the Kellogg's Special K for two meals. I'm sure you can make yourself a more nutritional dinner than that? Kellogg's doesn't put the best ingredients into their foods sorry to say... Lot's of artificial crap and chemicals. I would also try Almond Milk over cow's milk. No fat and cholesterol, and tastes awesome! |

Consider the notion that changing WHAT you eat rather than how much is the solution. For instance, I know that whenever some people (including myself) try eating mostly raw organic foods for weeks on end, the excess weight sheds away on its own despite monstrous portions of food. Okay, maybe not monstrous.. but substantial So maybe play around with these ideas: More raw organic (if possible) veggies and fruits. Lots of leafy greens. Maybe try some juice in the mornings. I love kale and apple or carrot and apple. Eat slowly and at regular times each day. Don't eat until you're stuffed. It's too stressful on your digestive system. Two medium to large-ish handfuls of food at every meal is a good amount for me. See what gives you that feeling of satisfaction without feeling like a balloon in the mid-section. Try to cut back on animal products and empty calories, like carbs/white bread/pasta. Instead of playing the eating less game (which usually ends up backfiring, from what I've seen), try the eating smarter game and see how you like it. I'm confident you'll see results with the latter in ways that make you feel healthier and more alive than the former. |

Figure out your Base Metabolism Rate, That is how much your body burns each day, Eat right at that, Now your a girl so guys want a girl with a nice firm lower body abs down and tone up your arms so you can look sexy in a sleeveless, Remember to get 30 minutes of running/swimming/ jump roping in and if you can do lunges, squats, and crunches, a gym is perfect since you can add weight, push ups will also tone you up, just eat more dense nutritious food.

You have to build up the emotional leverage in order to make a change. Your mind is perfectly happy with where it is at the moment, so it really needs a great reason that you FEEL to make a change. It will keep feeding you impulses, addictions, etc. that have built up over many many years. You can resist them for a while, but they ALWAYS come crashing down on top of you again. This is backed up by the fact that DESPITE my starting a video blog website with a super-healthy, 73-year old Raw Foods Chef, my transition to Raw Foods eating has been rocky at best. I have made GREAT strides and feel ALOT better, but you'd think that I would have made the all or none transition by now, right? No, because there are other factors to consider - the people I hang out with, the accumulated emotional eating patterns that I have, my family's patterns, the girlfriend I don't have helping me, 10+ hours a day working on business, my degree of self-awareness, etc. It is a "Big Picture" and if you don't have alot of the proper infrastructure in place right now, I recommend taking it SLOW. Yes, you could go with a 30-day Trial like Steve says, but you have to be prepared and committed to doing it, without letting other stuff get in the way.

So you're going to eat only carbs to lose weight? Where do your proteins come in? Fats? That makes no sense, eating the products that got you to where you are in the first place to lose weight. If you're planning on doing some sort of exercise (I would recommend strength training) that kind of diet simply won't sustain it. I don't normally post links here, but there's a lot (no offense guys) of junk science that floats around this forum. Check out Reddit's Loseit for some links to scientifically supported weight loss (and better, maintenance) info. You might find a keto diet or something similar to work for you, or you might want to just try being fit, which will change your body entirely. |

But let me give you a bit of advice about breakfast. you need a protein and fiber based breakfast in order to lose weight. This is a recipe I use and I think it not only tastes great but will also provide a little variety in your 'Kellogg' diet. Get a package of Quaker Oat Weight Control Maple and Brown Sugar. Add 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter and 2/3 cup of water and microwave. Then add one handful of almonds and one handful of blueberries (or any other berry you like). You will be getting...
And the best part is that it takes about 3 minutes to make. So I hope this helps. Best of luck to you.
