Default made my first fruit juice today

i used a blender and made the first mixed fruit juice of my life!

starfruit and apples and grapes, plus honey water.

tasted great!!!

it makes me wodner what its like to go on a fruit detoxifying diet.

Sounds Great...

I prefer juices made with veggies as it does not contain the high levels of sugar.. celery + carrot + some green leafy veg sometimes i add a bit of apple for better taste..

any juicing is good though! way to go.. try squeezing a fresh lemon into a glass of water each morning... great way to daily detox the body!

I enjoy making my own smoothies. My favourite smoothie that I always enjoy is Bananas and Strawberries with a drop of cold semi-skimmed milk, all blended together.

I would prefer eating fruit as a whole, instead of drinking juices. The pulp, which we throw away contains fiber, which is an excellent detox agent.
