Default 30 Herbs that You Should Avoid Using

Professional fasters say that you should not fast if you are on any medications to keep it simple. So let me make this simple. If you are on any medication, do not consume any herbs or any healthy foods!

Here are the specifics. Please note that most of these herbs are not to be taken if you take rat poison! The active ingredient in rat poison is warfarin.

Here are the specifics:

Herbal Remedies to Avoid - cholesterol - Health.com

This may sound funny but it is no joke.

That list is crazy. Green tea, ginger, garlic...really!? The craziest thing is that most people would rather take the warfarin than change their diet and lifestyle and try an herbal remedy.

I don't think they'd rather take warfarin; I think they're afraid the herbal remedy won't work and in the meantime they are in a precarious physical situation.

Default I don't want to insult you, but..

I think that website is a bunch of crap. Lots of health related websites tell people not to take things that are natural and good for them so that people are led to take name brand pharmaceuticals and keep big chem in business. Don't believe everything you read.

But the thing is, this list is for people already taking the conventional medication. A lot of herbs have anti-clotting activity, which can be a beneficial thing, like instead of taking an aspirin a day. But if you combine the herbs with warfarin, which can cause excessive bleeding all by itself, it adds to the effect.

Another reason why we shouldn't be taking prescription meds! They ALWAYS have side-effects and they ALWAYS have something which is dangerous when taken with it.

Plus, they've been proven to elevate your liver enzymes when you take them just like alcohol does. Why do we continue to put up with the crap medicine we're given that does nothing but make things worse?

Can't we see why 1 in 2 commercials on the television are for a new med for some NEW disease that they just pulled out of their butts to sell us?

Why is the news sponsored by anti-depressant drugs? Is it because everything on the news is depressing?

Well said. Besides, if you eat and drink healthy things, and take care of yourself mentally and spiritually, you probably wouldn't need Warfarin.

Are you saying the converse isn't true as well? Digitalis is good for the heart. It'll also kill you with no problem.

Are you saying anti-depressants don't work? Or that research doesn't lead to new treatments for illnesses that have been untreatable?
