Hi my name is Jiyuhn and I'm new to this forum. I have a question about biphasic sleep. I had never heard about polyphasic/biphasic sleeps until about a few weeks ago. But what I realized is that I'm a natural biphasic sleeper. I've been trying for years to become a normal sleeper. How do you get OFF of the biphasic sleep schedule? Does anybody know of any ways or have suggestions? Because this biphasic lifestyle that I didn't choose is seriously taking a toll on many areas of my life. Thank you everyone, jIyuhn |
