They say that the natural sugars in fruit juice enter your blood quickly because there is very little fiber present. Does adding fiber help? Like benefiber (soluble fiber)

It is like this. They used to say that the sun orbited the earth. That is outdated. In CPR they taught to prevent people from swallowing their tongue. That is outdated nonsense. Now CPR teaches not to breathe into people's mouths.

Your info is outdated. They discovered glycemic index and glyecmic load that shows that pure fruit sugar (no fiber), fructose, enters the blood very, very slowly. So if the juice is 100% fruit juice then no need to worry about fiber.

So you can drink plenty of acai, mangosteen or goji juice.
