| 1st week 4/16 - 4/23 weekly progress report Target Dress nicely, make sure looks good and tidy everyday before going out Quote Do not forget how bad my health used to be and how much i had suffer from allergy The above TARGET is a things i want my self to achieve everyday in a week for last week .I managed to follow to it for the last week! I am so happy for achieving it . It is a simple target , just for a good and easy start for me . It has become a small habit of mine so i must also make sure i follow to it in the future! . The QUOTE is something i realised during last week . I will only choose one quote each week . A quote is something that i feel, something like self realization when doing daily activity. A quote is to be writen down and to be remember , because sometimes i just easily forget what to be remember yet important. Please give comment for me to improve!!thanks!!really appreciate !! | 2nd week 4/23- 4/29 Weekly progress report Target Sleep before twelve Quote Know where u are ,do things step by step , without spoiling appetite to improve This is my target for this week!! hope that i will persist!! Please give me opinion and support is needed! 4/23( reedited) - today i managed to sleep before twelve ! today is my first day of my second week target!! woke up at five in the morning ! feel so good and energized! | i stand before you guys at under 4 feet tall and a dwarf to society i feel like a social outcast as noone thinks of me as normal i have been told i could never find that right person cos i am quite simple too small what are your feeling on this is there any way to grow |

| LOOKING BACK WHAT I HAVE DONE so fast so good , i manage to follow all the things i want my self to do!! improve little bit by tittle bit works amazingly well!! Everyday around seven after wake up , i will take my bath first , then eat flaxseed oil tablet , then wear tidily and eat oat before going out to do my thing . Night time i will sleep before twelve without having supper . I will take my flaxsed oil tablet after my bath ! |

| If you find it hard to fall asleep before 12pm, try to eliminate caffeine after lunch time, exercise and eat at least 3 hours before bedtime so your body has time to slow down. Try to keep any TV watching out of your bedroom and nothing scary right before bedtime. Good luck! BTW, Power Sleep by James Maas, PhD has lots of great info on sleeping. |

| 7th week 28/5/07-4/6/07 WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORT -- This week there will be no target because the current routine are just nice , slightly more target may spoil my appetite to improve and progress well as i find it is not an easy task to work on all the above target i have set, i need more time to get use to it first before i progress ahead.
