Default Precordial Catch Syndrome

I have not had any type of formal diagnosis, and I don't even know if it would be necessary because this "condition" is supposedly benign and there is no treatment, but I am very guilty of self-diagnosis sometimes. Occasionally, at random, I'll get this tension in the left side of my chest that feels like I've been punched and electro-shocked all at once. It becomes painful to breathe, and I always think: "This is it. I'm dying!" Still alive I've done a bit of research on this "syndrome" and it seems to basically be some sort of muscle spasm.

I was just curious if anyone had any more information on this, or if anyone has experience with it as well!

Read a quote from a doctor the other day: "Unfortunately, we are reasonably good at telling you what disease you have and much worse at telling you anything useful on how to treat it" - High Tech Elder Care May Be Mixed Blessing - Slashdot

I sell a report on "Edgar Cayce's Lost Guide to Hands-On Healing" that would help you find a way to release your muscle spasm. When I finally found the good doctor, his first finding was that all the strain patterns were coming from an area just to the left of my heart.

Energy Psychology is good for the worrying, and could possibly take care of the spasm too.
