| I've decided to try a vegan diet for various reasons and have been searching for recipes to try. I've seen several raw vegan websites that claim that cooking above a certain temperature destroys some of the nutrients in food. I wondered if anyone had any links to studies that had been done that either showed this or refuted it. I like the fact that the food I'm eating now is not processed but would possibly like to add a little more variety. |
